Cultural heritage, territorial identities and local history are strategic and competitive factors of great importance in the context of the development of the territory and its attractiveness. In fact, there is a close link between the value of culture and the territory and socio-economic regeneration, in an approach in which the territory, with its history, its traditions and its identity, constitutes a competitive value difficult to reproduce.

Stefano Zuffi, art critic and Curator of the Pinacoteca di Ancona, will introduce the new museum halls to the participants and will illustrate the exhibition paths, completely redesigned according to innovative schemes, in an artistic story that alternates ancient, modern and contemporary.

The headquarters of the Pinacoteca, reopened to the public in a new architectural style thanks to the recent renovation in contemporary style, develops the exhibition in two historic residences: Palazzo Bosdari and Palazzo Bonomini. Climbing the evocative stairs suspended in the void, the exhibition welcomes the participants among absolute masterpieces: the wonderful "Gozzi Altarpiece" by Tiziano Vecellio, the first autograph work of the Venetian master, the "Madonna and Child" by Carlo Crivelli, the "Sacred Conversation" by Lorenzo Lotto.

In this meeting, participants will have the opportunity to visit the permanent collection and its masterpieces, in an experiential path of great value and incentive for the professional and personal life of managers.
