A symphony orchestra is composed of about a hundred musicians who work together to generate beautiful harmonies, subtle nuances and, above all, powerful emotional suggestions.

In particular we will focus on the fact that each of us should find our own personal style to give our best, set our goals and achieve them and at the same time make sure that our team is motivated and aligned, because a conductor, as a leader, it would not be such without its own "orchestra".
