AGGIORNAMENTO PERMANENTE
IN PERSON AND VIA WEB
Executive feedback: the key to achieving excellence, even in the digital world

The Westin Palace Piazza della Repubblica, 20 - 20124 MILANO

The increasingly pressing pace makes it difficult for leaders to find the time to give their employees (and not only) the feedback they need to improve. But the time used for this is not wasted, it is an investment. In the long term, in fact, it allows to avoid mistakes and problems, to the advantage not only of the effectiveness of the work activity but also of the serenity of the collaborators, especially in an increasingly hybrid and fragmented reality. For an executive, the discourse expands further, being able to address its feedback not only to its own subordinate but also to entire business departments or other colleagues of the company leadership. The ability to give and receive feedback therefore becomes for the executive, not only a tool for improving their team, but for the whole company.

But how can a leader give (and receive) an effective feedback, able to touch the right strings for everyone? How can a feedback help achieve excellence?

In this meeting with Jan Ardui, expert in leadership development and executive coaching, participants will discuss the best methodology to confront with pthers in the workplace and will focus on current situations and modalities, taking into account the major changes in the organization of work.

In particular, we will talk about:

  • the challenges and opportunities of feedback in virtual mode
  • the art of giving feedback that touch people
  • feedback as a key to moving from good to excellent
  • how to match peers, subordinates and teams.
