Ethics, trust and performance. Comparing leadership visions

The 2023 edition of the Leadership Global Summit will provide an opportunity to compare and reflect on different leadership styles and stories, in search of a common key to decode the challenges that all leaders face in business and non-business environments alike.

By interacting with experts from different realities, participants will have the opportunity to learn from successful models and experiences, which will be helpful to enrich their personal and professional growth.

Ethics, trust, and performance are some of the main topics that will be tackled; great attention will be given in particular to:

leaders from the military field and the world of sport, among others, who will share their thoughts on the challenges they face in contexts of great pressure and uncertainty
opinion leaders from the world of journalism and culture, who will discuss how leadership is changing both in the Italian and in the international political and social scenario
the analysis and perspectives on how non-European leadership models, especially the Chinese one, can offer different leadership styles from which to learn.

As usual, the discussion with the speakers and among all participants will play a key role in the meeting.
