How to understand when you can and is, in fact, more effective to delegate? How to better organize priorities and optimize the organization of team meetings? Time Management is a constant challenge, both personally and as a leader, which is often difficult to face.

During the meeting participants will have the opportunity to chat with Dawna Ballard, international expert in time management, on the critical issues - individual and corporate - that make us victims of the busyness, Complicating time management and making us lose efficiency. Ideas and suggestions on how to introduce effective measures to improve Time Management at the personal and organizational level will be shared.

Participants will have the opportunity to learn more about:

  • how to deconstruct the false myths about time: the (non)productivity of Multitasking
  • a new perspective on Work-life balance
  • how to manage the Technology Trap of being reachable 24/7
  • Working long hours: when teamwork, co-working and an effective meeting-planning strategy improve the cycles of activity.
