Part II - Digital Distruption: the future challenges related to business transformation
 
Isabella Pierantoni, sociologist and futurist, will provide an analysis of current and future social transformations, with a generational and demographic perspective, focusing on how digitization will change people's lives. Through her analysis, she will highlight the challenges and opportunities that Italians will face with a radically changed demographic-generational scenario, with particular attention to the different skills and transformations needed.
Davide Bevilacqua, author and digitalization expert, will help us reflect on the role of digital and the impact that digitalization has on our way of working. In particular, we will focus on the concept of hybrid and, through concrete examples, we will analyze and rethink our relationship with digital in everyday life and at work.
