(An experiential encounter)

(*) Service aimed at executives and middle managers in which AP members can participate.
Piazza Sant'Ambrogio - Ingresso Basilica - 20123 MILANO

The Basilica of Sant'Ambrogio, one of the oldest churches in Milan, is a fundamental point in the history of Milan and the Ambrosian Church. Its history is intertwined with the episodes of the life of Bishop Ambrose who, after having distinguished himself for his extraordinary ability as negotiator in the contrasts between Arians and Catholics, in 374 was appointed bishop, head of the diocese of Milan, supported by a large consensus, demonstrating strong leadership skills.

During this meeting, after a guided tour of the Basilica of Sant'Ambrogio of about an hour and a half, thanks to a discussion with Carlo Fontana Giusti, Professor of Organizational Behaviour and leadership expert, we will deepen some events in the life of Sant'Ambrogio, drawing ideas and lessons valuable for the manager of today. Following the common thread of change, constant theme in the life of the Saint, through interactive activities, we will focus on some fundamental aspects of the role of leader, from role modeling to mindset, up to the concept of cultural transformation.
