After experiencing a boom during the pandemic, the landscape of the San Francisco Bay Area has now entered a stage of profound transformation: innovative business models and new dynamics redefining organizational structures and process management are taking hold in both large Tech companies and small start-ups, demonstrating once again the speed at which Silicon Valley is able to adapt to new market demands.
