We live in a period in which workers seem to question their priorities, personal and work-realted, reflections that, for companies, are being translated into the increasingly widespread phenomena in Italy of Great Resignation and Quiet Quitting. It becomes therefore more and more fundamental to understand how to retain their best talents, intercepting their desires and needs. It is, in practice, a re-recruitment, that is, treating your staff as if they were a valuable candidate, attracting them with programs, attentions and strategies usually used for new hires. Companies are now called to play a proactive rather than reactive role, responding to their needs even before they are sought elsewhere.
 
But how can the company create an effective re-recruiting strategy? How to improve the perception of what the company offers among its employees? And how can a leader effectively value the company and the people it leads?
 
In this meeting with Marco Grazioli, President of The European House Ambrosetti and expert in organizational behavior, participants will be able to confront these questions and understand how to create a business context that can motivate and develop their talents, so that they find the answers to their needs within the company, without feeling the need to look for them elsewhere.
