The shocks of recent years have put the global supply chain under great stress, revealing fragility, sometimes unexpected, that have had impacts on all the business activity. The challenges still open are many: from planning, to sourcing and procurement; to logistics and warehousing; to risk management, up to sustainability, a central factor that increasingly affects business strategies.
 
What are the challenges of today and tomorrow for Procurement and Supply Chain Management?  How is the increasingly central role of the CSCO changing? 
 
In this meeting with three speakers, participants will have the opportunity to discuss with two Chief Supply Chain Officers of leading companies, Giacinto Carullo di Leonardo and Claudio Notarantonio di Webuild, on the most significant solutions they have in the field recently (and on those in the pipeline for the near future) and with Flavio Sciuccati, Senior Partner and responsible for the Practice "Industrial Strategies and Policies" of The European House - Ambrosetti.
 
In particular: 

  • Leonardo’s LEAP project to support suppliers throughout the Supply Chain in achieving ESG objectives and solutions adopted in the field of talent acquisition and retention
  • the digitalization of Webuild to align business processes (e.g. purchasing, contracts, legal...) and the objectives of ESG, with particular regard to Governance 
  • the trends and the main challenges that companies are facing in the field of Supply Chain.
