The Security Operation Center (SOC) in Chieti is the flagship of Italian cyber defense structures. Built by Leonardo, in partnership with NATO, the SOC, together with its sister in the UK, in Bristol, ensures information and communications security at 75 sites in 29 countries, including the NATO headquarters.
 
To ensure the highest level of physical security, the SOC is located within a strictly reserved area, within which the environment in which the Supercomputer cell is located is protected. This computer is able to analyze and synthesize the huge amount of data collected by the network and allows you to accurately identify the perimeter of threats in place.
 
Participants will have the opportunity to discover the behind the scenes of a structure, normally hidden from the public eye, but vital for Italy and its allies. The visit will also be introduced by the site managers who will explain the operation, to better understand all the technological features, risk management and resilience.
