Lavazza Factory 1895 combines innovation and tradition in an immersive experience in the world of coffee, from roasting to tasting.  
  
Entering the heart of the factory, participants will be able to see closely the cutting-edge technological solutions put in place by Lavazza, including the innovative roasting laboratory, the latest generation roasters, the optical selection machine of the beans, flagship of the plant, and systems that allow energy savings of up to 30%.   
  
In this highly specialised environment, participants will also be able to discuss with Gabriella Ruggieri, Chief Quality & Procurement Officer, deepening the Group’s most recent strategies in the field of Procurement and manufacturing. 
   
The tour, in addition to the meeting and the visit to the production site, will allow participants to discover more closely the origins of Lavazza creations, what "aromatic wheel" means, and then taste the specialty coffee with the guidance of a specialized coffelier team inside a designed coffee cave.
