Conflict in the workplace is often inevitable, especially when a group of people with different personalities, ideas and opinions find themselves working together. When this happens, it becomes indispensable not only to arrive at a constructive resolution but also to recognize the value of the conflict that, if kept under control, becomes a symptom of dynamism, ambition and the desire not to settle. 
 
How can business leaders manage the dynamics and conflicts within their teams? How to mitigate the emotional factor that comes into play in a moment of friction? And, above all, how to turn conflicts into constructive moments for all?  
 
During this meeting, participants will be able to meet Nick Coburn-Palo, professor at Harvard University and expert in negotiation both in the organizational and diplomatic field. Through his experience, participants will be able to deepen the techniques and secrets of professionals, addressing the strategies of diagnosis of emotional elements, psychological subprocesses, and the best ways of managing the impasse.  
 
In particular, participants will have the opportunity to discuss:  

  • strategies to manage and resolve interpersonal and organizational conflict in business contexts 
  • the tools of successful mediators 
  • how to get constructive resolutions from moments of internal disagreement.
