In a world constantly racing and full of "background noise", knowing how to communicate clearly has become fundamental. Being able to capture attention, to keep it up to convince the listener, has become increasingly difficult and, for this reason, an essential requirement for any leader who wants to successfully lead his team. 

But how to build persuasive and convincing speeches? How to choose, even in times of great pressure, the right words that can motivate your team? And how best to communicate these words?  

In this meeting with Nick Coburn-Palo, trainer of negotiators for the United Nations and professor of Public Speaking at Harvard University, participants will be able to confront these issues, learning the art of public speaking and arguing successfully in corporate contexts: because effective communication also means effective guidance.  

During the meeting participants will have the opportunity to discover: 

  • the structures to use for a successful speech 
  • the fundamentals of paraverbal communication and voice control
  • body language to improve your performance 
  • how to express your disagreement constructively and effectively.
