Diversity is a value that increasingly guides the recruitment processes of companies. More and more companies are oriented to build working environments where professionalism, profiles and strongly heterogeneous backgrounds coexist. 
 
While diversity is often a lever for creativity and innovation, it also makes team management more complex and challenging. Nowadays, managers have to mediate and defuse conflicts of different nature, within their working groups: generational, professional, character and cultural. 
 
How can diversity be transformed into real added value? How do you build a sense of shared belonging that can overcome differences? 
 
In this meeting, the participants will discuss with Dario Balasso, psychologist and expert in organizational behavior, who will illustrate strategies and techniques to effectively manage diversity in the company. 
 
In particular, the meeting will focus on: 

  • understand the value of diversity and put it into practice 
  • motivate and manage dissimilar individualities 
  • know how to relate to everyone to maintain their authority 
  • building units in increasingly complex and heterogeneous teams. 
 
At the end of the meeting participants will have the opportunity to visit the Palazzo dell'Acqua, headquarters of the Acquedotto Pugliese and a historic building with a gallery full of paintings and sculptures inspired by the world of water.
