In a team, just like in a sports team, it is essential to find the right balance between individual talent and team spirit. A forward-looking leader, like a good coach, must be able to exploit the potential of individuals and, at the same time, strengthen the harmony of the group. 
 
But how to put talents in a position to express themselves better? What strategies to adopt to motivate and retain the best? And, above all, how to create a strong synergy between various individualities? 
 
In this meeting, participants will have the opportunity to reflect on the great challenges that unite the world of sport and business. In the first part, Alessandro Campagna, coach of the men’s water polo team and one of the most successful technicians in the history of sport, will share his experience in building and managing a successful team, able to face and overcome continuous challenges. His strategies will then be taken up by Dario Balasso, psychologist expert in organizational behavior, who will show how to transfer them and apply the same reflections in a business context.
