Corporate culture and productivity: 12 models to engage people and create real change

The Sydney Hotel Via Michelino, 73 - 40127 BOLOGNA

In today’s job market, attracting, motivating and retaining talent is increasingly challenging. To achieve this, companies are called to invest increasingly in their organizational culture with the aim of making it stronger, shared but above all a source of pride and belonging for people.

Corporate culture, as a system of common values and behaviors, plays a key role for the competitiveness of an organization. However, working on the corporate culture is not easy: if not well managed, sometimes conflicts can arise between the "practical" culture of the company and the changes imposed from the higher-ups, ending up holding back the growth of an organization.

How do you build an organizational culture that can increase people’s engagement and productivity? And how is it possible to evaluate and measure its effectiveness?

In this meeting, participants will have the opportunity to discuss with Adrian Furnham, professor of organizational psychology and internationally renowned author, who will illustrate the key role of culture for the success of an organization and the strategies to implement it effectively.

In particular, the meeting will focus on:

  • the 12 organizational culture models and their drivers
  • strategies and steps to change corporate culture
  • the link between ethics, national and organizational culture
  • how to measure your corporate culture.
