Making decisions is not easy, especially under pressure and under conditions of great uncertainty. To make it even more challenging there is the difficulty in coexisting ethical values with increasingly difficult choices. Finding a balance between values and needs, therefore, becomes fundamental for Business Leaders, whose actions and leadership have an important weight on employees and the organization.
 
What does ethical leadership mean? How can an ethical leader make decisions by thinking and acting critically? How and why can ethical leadership become the glue for group unity?

In this meeting, participants will have the opportunity to discuss with Paolo Tripodi, Professor of Military Ethics at the US Marine Corps University of Quantico, that will illustrate the key role of ethics for a leader and how this is a fundamental piece to create a fair and efficient organization, and strategies to implement it effectively.
