He will also talk about how to deal, after a performance, with areas of improvement and how the conductor can prepare his team, the orchestra, to the best to the musical performance
• Marco Grazioli, expert in organizational behavior, will start from the reinterpretation of the concept of excellence, right mix between smile and challenge, to highlight how, thanks to a good and methodical preparation, it is possible to motivate yourself and others, without ever falling into the trap of obsession and get better results.
