Executive feedback: a challenge for leaders

Among the qualities of leaders, the ability to help their team grow and improve remains fundamental. However, doing so requires the skill of providing frequent and effective feedback to the teams, a challenge that can be difficult even for the most experienced leaders.
 
What are the best ways to do this? How to be direct and constructive? How can feedback be used to motivate and empower?
 
In this session, participants will have the opportunity to focus on the topic of feedback through a dialogue with Jan Arduì, an expert in leadership development and executive coaching. The objective will be to refine the effectiveness of these moments of discussion, transforming them into a component capable of leading teams to excellence.
 
In particular, the following will be discussed:

  • a systemic approach to feedback: a key to sustainable success over time
  • providing different types of feedback: positive, negative, and reflective
  • creating a culture of feedback in your team.
