At a time when relationships are increasingly mediated by technology, trust seems to be harder to gain and easier to lose than in the past. However, mutual trust is fundamental within any team: in a non-cooperative environment, without respect and mutual esteem, obtaining consistently positive results becomes difficult, if not impossible.
 
How to make a group more cohesive? What are the best practices to create trust within teams?
 
During this meeting, participants will have the opportunity to understand, from two different points of view, some key elements to create solid and positive relationships in the group and, consequently, greater serenity and productivity:

• Maurizia Cacciatori, former volleyball player, will share hes testimony as leader and captain of his team. Through her story, she will offer a concrete example of how working together, helping each other and taking risks leads to victory
• Matteo Neroni, psychotherapist psychologist, will help us understand the mental mechanisms that underlie trust. By explaining elements such as transparency, integrity, consistency and sharing of responsibilities, we will become aware of how to improve trust in ourselves, and consequently in the team to which we belong.
