Among these, Human Resources, which has already undertaken a complex digitalization process, still has room to maximize the usefulness of Generative AI and HR Analytics to maximize efficiency, make data-driven decisions, and transform HR metrics into better performance for the whole company.
 
So what are the tools and best practices of Generative AI and analytics in the HR field? How to improve HR performance with ChatGPT?
 
The objective of this meeting is to provide the tools to best use data and ChatGPT in the HR field.
