A situation that, however, requires their direct intervention, both to manage the strategic change and above all to convey a clear and concrete vision to the entire organization.

The objective of this meeting is to allow participants to reflect on the importance of their leadership and influence role in carrying out a new ESG strategy, making it shared and supported at all levels.
