Goya. La ribellione della ragione, curated by Víctor Nieto Alcaide, offers the chance to discover up close the "revolutionary" painter whose aesthetic innovations forever left their mark by changing the artistic conventions of 18th- and 19th-century.
 
Before the visit, participants will have the opportunity to listen to an introduction to the figure of the artist by art historian Stefano Zuffi. The presentation will provide an understanding of the various stages of Francisco Goya's journey and how his figure lies between rationalism and transgression.
 
This exhibition, unlike others of an anthological nature, focuses on the artist's evolution over time. Participants will discover the creativity of this revolutionary painter capable of creating a new language, and how the socio-historical context influenced his artistic production.
 
Due to the nature of the visit, participants will be divided into two groups. Participants will receive additional information downstream of registration.
