The reality in which we live and work is marked by transformations, even significant ones, in various areas of human experience. No one can avoid dealing with the so-called cultural megatrends, which are radical changes concerning the values, motivations, and expectations of people both within and outside the business context.
In particular, the broad concept of diversity and its cognates can bring value to companies. However, it is sometimes difficult to understand how to "manage" it positively, turning it into a motivational lever. Furthermore, in an era of media overexposure, it is essential to be aware of these changes in order to avoid unpleasant communication misunderstandings.
How do people's values and priorities change? What are the new sensitivities to pay attention to? How can we manage and discuss them without missteps?
The objective of the meeting is to provide participants with the opportunity to discuss these issues with the philosopher and essayist Raffaele Alberto Ventura, one of the protagonists of the Italian cultural debate. In particular, the following topics will be explored:
