The meeting will be an opportunity for participants to find leadership insights from the musical world, guided by the experience of Marco Grazioli, president of The European House Ambrosetti and a great connoisseur of both the corporate and musical worlds.

In particular, much can be learned from orchestral dynamics. As in business, you need leadership that can bring together even widely divergent talents and individualities. When so many instruments play together, it is simultaneously a risk and an opportunity: what might risk being a chaos of dissonant voices, if well led, becomes, instead, something extraordinary. Similarly, leaders must find ways to make their talents sound, overcoming chaos and finding balance and harmony.

Instead, when the group puts the individual instrument in the spotlight, the jam session begins, a magic of improvisation that allows the individuals and the ensemble to exalt each other. Similarly, the leader must be able to make room, when necessary, for the individual's flair, so as not to lose the ability to improvise, innovate, change and inspire.
 
Following the meeting, participants will, in addition, have the valuable opportunity to immerse themselves in one of the rarest musical performances in the world: listening to an original Stradivarius played by one of the few masters capable of mastering it. This will be followed by an opportunity to visit the prestigious Violin Museum in Cremona, the venue for the event.
