Specifically, participants will explore how the power of storytelling can help in constructing and conveying a clear and compelling vision of the future, capable of engaging and motivating their teams.

Participants will delve into:

• a communicative framework for conveying a shared sense of purpose and direction to others (Me, We, Now)
• three models for crafting a vision of the future, maximizing the impact of leadership (greenshot, over the rainbow, back to the future)
• how to overcome "limiting beliefs" that hinder leadership
• practical techniques at the foundation of Narrative Leadership, thanks to a workshop in the latter part of the session.
