Becoming better leaders requires knowing how to find cues for improvement everywhere, and conducting, can offer several very interesting ones for executives as well.  
 
Like a manager grappling with ever-changing teams, the conductor must know how to interface and quickly find a connection with ever-changing orchestras. The only possible key to being able to lead them all while remaining true to oneself is to be able to listen and increase one's ability to understand who is in front of one.
