In this meeting, participants will have the opportunity to reflect on the best strategies to make things happen in their companies.
Specifically, they will delve into whether leadership, or the power of influence, is always the best choice for exercising authority, or if other forms of power—often viewed negatively—such as coercive or economic power, can sometimes be more effective.In the second part of the meeting, participants will explore techniques to enhance their leadership effectiveness, based on the idea that leadership is a form of power rooted in consensus.By the end of the meeting, participants will have:

• a deeper understanding of the three different forms of power (economic power, coercive power, leadership), their pros and cons, to make more informed decisions about which to use in the future
• Practical insights on how to build consensus (the logic of the enemy, the logic of progress), to strengthen their leadership
• A strategic consensus map (a leadership triangle based on charisma, ideology, and pragmatism) to identify their position and understand how to gain and maintain their authority
• Concrete examples of how various real leaders have created and maintained their consensus or risked losing it.
