But perhaps this is not entirely the case: this new reality consists of well-defined "macro" trends that seem to allow for long-term strategies, though they often produce unpredictable "micro" consequences in the short term.
This instability can highlight the true value not only of democracies but also of companies that are more adaptable, open-minded, and cooperative, in contrast to the rigid, planning-obsessed nature of authoritarian systems.
