Recent research seems to confirm that Italian workers are increasingly focused on their personal time and work/life balance, considering it as important, if not more so, than money and career aspects.
This meeting will allow participants to reflect on the theme of "temporality" in companies, an often invisible yet crucial dimension. Time becomes a key factor not only for understanding certain organizational phenomena and trends but also for identifying strategies and actions to ensure a better work experience for employees, thereby enhancing their motivation and engagement.
At the end of the meeting, participants will have:

  • Reflected on time as an invisible variable of professional experience, discussing the more subtle impacts on both personal and collaborators' work experiences
  • Gained a better understanding of how the shift from "clock time," symbolizing mechanistic organizations, to the "permanent urgency regime" of current organizations is transforming companies and how to respond to this phenomenon
  • Acquired a clearer vision of the trends related to new worker needs and a new culture of work and temporality that will allow them to better meet these new demands
  • Collected examples and organizational strategies that other companies are using to meet the new needs of employees, which can serve as inspiration and be replicated in their own organizations.
