Millennials and Gen Z: organizational practices to attract and retain tomorrow's potential leaders (with networking cocktail)

Le Fucine Hotel Via Nazionale, 48 - 33042 BUTTRIO (UD)

In an increasingly competitive job market, companies have experienced growing difficulties in recent years in finding and retaining young talents with skills aligned to business demands. One factor explaining this misalignment is the discrepancy between the expectations of young talents and corporate needs. In fact, workers from the new generations (Millennials and Generation Z) exhibit values, career expectations, and professional needs different from previous generations.
But what exactly are the demands of the new generations? How can companies implement effective attraction and retention actions?
The meeting aims to offer insights into organizational practices, tools, and innovative strategies to understand the needs of the new generations and transform them into growth opportunities for businesses. Participants will have the opportunity to reflect on the following topics:

  • what are the expectations and values of the new generations in the workplace?
  • what can a company offer to attract young people with the required skills?
  • how can an organizational environment be built that satisfies both young talents and corporate demands?
