Geopolitics for SMEs: a strategic approach to competing in a complex world (with networking lunch)

Sede da definire BARI

Today’s business world can no longer afford to ignore what happens on the global stage. Wars, international crises, and geopolitical tensions increasingly demonstrate how geopolitics directly influences companies’ strategic and operational decisions.

At the same time, it is a mistake to think this only concerns large multinational corporations.
Geopolitics is just as crucial for small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs): on one hand, because in a hyper-globalized world no organization is immune to the impact of international events; on the other, because any vision for future growth must look beyond national borders.

In this meeting, organized in collaboration with Egea, participants will have the opportunity to:

  • Explore the key levers that can enable SMEs to integrate geopolitics into their strategic business approach, turning it into a genuine competitive advantage
  • Discover practical ways in which companies of different sizes, sectors, and organizational models can incorporate geopolitics into their business and operational models, identifying the most effective tools and solutions for their specific needs
