The session will give participants the opportunity to explore how Generative Artificial Intelligence is transforming the HR function, improving efficiency, enabling data-driven decisions, and enhancing the employee experience across the entire lifecycle.
During the session, practical demonstrations of GenAI will be presented across all key HR areas, from talent acquisition and onboarding to performance management, skills development, and workforce planning, including a hands-on workshop to create custom HR GPTs.
