This meeting offers participants the opportunity to explore techniques for fostering positive dynamics in which the team (and the individuals who comprise it) can fully develop their potential under the guidance of their executive leader.

In particular, participants will explore:

the key skills and coaching attitude needed to empower individuals and their team
continuous learning: how to encourage it in employees (and in the company as a whole)
how to integrate management activities with coaching activities for employees
the role of humble authority in the growth of one's team.
