Networking Dinner: Macrotrends 2025-2026

Bar Cavour Piazza Carignano, 2 - 10123 TORINO

The global context is changing rapidly: the multilateral system is weakening, regional spheres of influence are gaining weight, and geopolitical tensions and protectionism are increasing, while technological innovation—driven by AI and big tech—is accelerating economic, social, and institutional transformations. Companies that want to remain competitive must rethink strategies, skills, and organisational models within an increasingly complex decision-making environment.
How will 2025 conclude? What challenges await businesses in 2026?
These topics will be at the centre of a scenario dinner where participants will engage with Enrico Sassoon, Editor-in-Chief of Harvard Business Review Italia, in a dialogue designed to understand the macrotrends that have shaped 2025 and those that will define 2026.

In particular, the discussion will explore:

  • the crisis of multilateralism and the rise of regional blocs, protectionism, geopolitical tensions, and the strengthening of authoritarian tendencies
  • global economic uncertainty, rising sovereign debt, and the potential boost from technological innovation;
  • the dominance of innovation and AI, the growing power of big tech, and the need for a new regulatory framework
  • the transformation of work and leadership, and the need to refocus on skills, welfare, and inclusive organisational models.
