The rise of Artificial Intelligence, the growing complexity of the information ecosystem, and a deepening crisis of trust in content are fundamentally reshaping the role of corporate communication. In this landscape, storytelling is no longer merely a narrative tool; it has become a strategic leadership lever capable of shaping perceptions, decisions, and behaviors in increasingly fragmented, high-uncertainty environments. For Chief Communication Officers, the challenge is not simply adopting new technologies, but rethinking how to craft stories that are credible, persuasive, and authentic in the age of AI.

The Communication Global Summit 2026 will be an exclusive forum bringing together global executives, academics, and international experts to explore how storytelling is evolving amid the integration of Artificial Intelligence, and what strategic choices are required to lead communication today, and tomorrow.

Some topics on the agenda:

  • The strategic role of narratives in building trust, reputation, and differentiation in an AI-driven communication landscape.
  • What remains uniquely human in storytelling, and why authenticity, empathy, creativity, and emotion will continue to be the key differentiators in the age of AI-generated content.
  • How Artificial Intelligence is reshaping storytelling, expanding opportunities to create, personalize, and scale corporate narratives while enabling deeper stakeholder engagement.
  • The art and craft of storytelling, from creating compelling narratives that engage audiences to shaping stronger brands and organizational cultures.
