From crisis to growth: reactivating motivation and engagement in challenging times (with networking cocktail)

(*) Service aimed at executives and middle managers in which AP members can participate.
Centro Svizzero Via Palestro, 2 - 20121 MILANO

Motivation and engagement are now key drivers of sustained performance, especially in periods marked by uncertainty, change and prolonged pressure. When energy, purpose and involvement weaken, the impact goes beyond short-term results, affecting accountability, collaboration and the ability to maintain momentum over time. For those leading teams and organizations, the challenge is not simply to overcome a crisis, but to understand its effects on individual and collective dynamics and to create the conditions for a meaningful restart.
This session offers a managerial perspective on how motivation and engagement can be reactivated even in difficult moments, by working on purpose, trust and alignment between goals and people’s professional experience. Crisis is thus explored not only as something to be managed, but as a potential turning point when approached with awareness and vision.

Within this framework, the contribution of Chiara Gamberale will provide a deep and personal reflection on the meaning of crisis and its transformative potential. Drawing on stories, experiences and recurring themes in her literary work – such as change, loss of balance and the search for new directions – Gamberale will help reframe difficult phases as spaces in which motivation and priorities can be renegotiated, opening up new possibilities for engagement and growth.

Further details will follow.
