During this meeting, participants will examine the progressive convergence of international conflicts into a single geopolitical competition, in which the strategies of major powers, regional tensions and the Artificial Intelligence revolution are reshaping the global balance of power.

The objective is to understand how these transformations affect Italy, its security and its economic interests in an increasingly unstable and interconnected international environment. Particular attention will be devoted to the evolution of transatlantic relations and emerging power dynamics in the Mediterranean, also in light of the rivalry between Israel and Turkey. 

In particular, participants will explore:

• the “single war”: the convergence of regional conflicts into a broader scenario of global competition
• the new balance of power between the United States and Europe: evolving alliances, rivalries and geopolitical relationships
• the implications for Italy: security, strategic dependencies, economic interests and policy choices to safeguard the country's international positioning.
