"War Is Interested in You": The Crisis of the International Order Amid New Conflicts, Economic Instability, and Global Challenges

Wars, rivalries between major powers, and emerging security threats are challenging the foundations of the international order that has shaped global relations over the past decades. For businesses and leaders, geopolitics is no longer merely a background factor: it is increasingly influencing strategic decision-making.

Drawing on his latest book, È anche affar tuo, Gideon Rachman, Chief Foreign Affairs Columnist at the Financial Times, will examine the key drivers of instability in today's global landscape: from the rivalry between the United States and China to the wars in Ukraine and the Middle East, as well as the growing challenges to European security.

The session will provide valuable insights into the shifting global balance of power, helping participants identify major geopolitical risks and understand their implications for the economy, financial markets, and business strategies in an increasingly uncertain and fragmented world.
