The Cappella Sansevero Museum, located in the heart of the Old Town of Naples, is an international work of art. Two of the most famous masterpieces that can be found here, are the famous Veiled Christ, whose image has travelled around the world for the prodigious "weaving" of the marble veil, and the "anatomical machines" kept by Prince Raimondo di Sangro. The Chapel represents a unique place where baroque creativity and dynastic pride, art and science, beauty and mystery intertwine creating an exceptional atmosphere.

The tour will be introduced by the Director of the museum Fabrizio Masucci and will continue with a guided tour of the Chapel and the cavea. Here are preserved the anatomical machines that, after more than two hundred and fifty years, are still surprising for the procedures thanks to which it has been possible to obtain an extraordinary conservation of the human cardiovascular system.
