Innovation, speed, effectiveness: how to apply the winning principles of design thinking

Royal Hotel Carlton Via Montebello, 8 - 40121 BOLOGNA

The creative collaboration that is generated within multidisciplinary teams is the real engine of the development of new and effective solutions to the problems that we face today, as leaders and as agents of change.
What modes of interaction characterize the behaviors (type of questions, language, communication structure, etc.) within the best performing multidisciplinary teams?
Jonathan Edelman will present a new approach, based on research conducted by the Hasso Plattner Institute, Stanford University and the Politecnico di Milano, and will suggest some exercises on the ways of interaction that maximize the effectiveness of the multidisciplinary teams within which it operates. The participants will learn and put into practice five fundamental "performative patterns":

  • MEDGI (Mapping, Educing, Disrupting, Gestalting, Integrating)
  • analytical and generative cognition
  • Media Models
  • the four forces of change
  • the scale of the engagement.
