In the current pandemic phase, where the boundary between personal and professional space has narrowed, there is a strong need for "authentic leadership". In fact, the leaders who have shown a deep alignment between their way of being and acting, have managed to maintain a higher level of coordination and motivation within their teams, a crucial skill to possess in an uncertain and rapidly changing reality such as the present one. During the meeting, Margarita Mayo, author of "Yours Truly: staying authentic in leadership and life", will analyse a series of successful examples: from top executives of multinationals, to political leaders, to sports leaders.
