In order to create a dynamic and productive business environment in the long term, it is essential to lay the foundations with a serene working climate, on a human scale, in which the happiness and psychophysical well-being of people are as essential as their productivity.

During the meeting you will learn how to encourage personal attitudes within a corporate culture rethought, allow you to bring more serenity in personal life and at work, creating a natural openness to collaboration and a climate of well-being even in the most challenging moments.
Well-being and happiness bring benefits in people’s lives, have therapeutic, scientific and "spiritual" virtues that are released by laughter and improve mood and creative thinking, with positive effects on work productivity and team cooperation.

In particular, the following themes will be addressed:

  • Alessandra Faiella, comedian, theatrical actress and writer, will tell how humor, laughter and self-irony have a strong impact on teamwork, the attitude of people and a positive feedback on productivity.
  • Richard Romagnoli, writer and expert in meditation techniques, will address the theme of ethics and happiness, giving suggestions on how to apply them in your life and in work to be successful.
  • Terenzio Traisci, work psychologist, comedian and writer, combining his skills as a professional comedian with those of psychologist, will address the issue of mood in the workplace, stress management to achieve a positive and productive mood.
