Each leader may have to deal with conflicts between members of the same team, who - while sharing the same goals - do not always agree on how to achieve them. This creates potential conflicts that the leader must be able to handle and "defuse".

During this meeting with Amy Gallo, author of the Harvard Business Review Guide to Dealing with Conflict, participants will have the opportunity to explore strategies to address disputes effectively and productively.
Thanks to recent research and experience in the field, the author will share techniques relating to how to be able to build and nurture a climate of trust and mutual collaboration, even in the presence of conflicting visions.

Specifically, the participants will have the opportunity to discuss the following topics:

• identify the most common sources of conflict
• recognize the different styles of interaction and communication and understand that of the counterparts
• evaluate the different options and develop effective methods to manage differences of opinion.
