Every day at work one is confronted with conflicting interests and often disagreeing personalities. It is critical for a leader to be able to handle people with different working styles and to engage in difficult conversations to make both individual teams and the organization as a whole work well.

How can conflict and divergence management capabilities be improved within and outside organisations without compromising their productivity and effectiveness?

In this meeting with Amy Gallo, the author of the Harvard Business Review Guide to Dealing with Conflict, participants will learn the best techniques to navigate conflict environments fruitfully.
Based on the latest research, concrete experiences and success stories, the author will share strategies on how best to manage situations and people in conflict situations.

In detail, participants will have the opportunity to:

  • prepare to face difficult conversations and manage them in their own teams
  • manage emotions in situations of disagreement
  • to develop and train methods to resolve differences collaboratively.
