The urgency to assume concrete responsibilities in new areas, the efforts needed to successfully integrate social and environmental impacts into business strategies and processes, the need to embrace a purpose, are all factors that require new skills to assess and solve problems and unexpected opportunities, with new solutions, to realize a profound, continuous, and adaptive transformation of the business, in flight.
All this with the additional challenges of a growing part of communication with collaborators that takes place virtually and multicultural teams often spread over the entire planet.

In a world that requires ongoing understanding, transformation and learning, the Leadership Global Summit will raise participants' awareness of what changes they need to pursue in their own skills, mindset and behaviours as people in leadership positions.
