Although technology is changing the way we work, there are some skills that remain fundamental in the world of work and one of these is negotiation, or rather, the art of negotiation. Trading techniques, in fact, are a tool that cannot be replaced by algorithms although complex and requires constant study and updating.
 
To be able to master this art, you can not improvise but you need to prepare a well-structured strategy and know some important tricks. But what are the main steps of the negotiation and how can an effective plan be outlined? When and why do some negotiations fail?
 
During this meeting with Nick Coburn-Palo, diplomatic expert and negotiator trainer for the United Nations, the participants will have the opportunity to deepen the crucial phases of the negotiation, from the preparation up to the different ways of concluding a negotiation, making use of numerous practical examples and business cases drawn from his experience.
