In a rapidly changing world, where working groups are increasingly multifunctional, multicultural and multi-generational, the development of leadership skills with an inclusive culture is crucial. The key to improving the collective intelligence of teams is, in fact, to have a pool of different talents that are representative of different skills, abilities and knowledge.
