Generation gap and gender inclusion: how to rethink corporate culture in an inclusive perspective

ERG - Torre WTC Via De Marini, 1 - 16149 GENOVA

In recent years, companies are paying more and more attention to Diversity&Inclusion, in particular to gender and generational differences. Managing heterogeneous teams, for background, age, culture or gender, is now the norm in companies for which it represents both a challenge and an opportunity. On the one hand, more diversity can bring more ideas, more experiences and, in general, more productivity; on the other, of course, the inevitable differences between people can create friction and misunderstandings, making collaboration complex within teams.

How to create an organizational culture capable of making the most of diversity? How should a leader approach different teams?

During this meeting, Paolo Nagari, by sharing best practices and practical exercises, will accompany the participants in a reasoning on the change of the organizational culture regarding D&I, with particular attention to generational gaps and gender inclusion in team work, in order to create a more serene and inclusive work environment.

In particular, participants will be able to address the following topics:

  • how to change corporate culture for an inclusive workplace
  • how to address generational gaps and gender differences
  • best practices and exercises for leaders of different teams.
